I’m looking for a global managed services environment where I can drive retention through proactive relationship management, own escalation workflows, improve service processes, and deliver Fanatical Customer Experience—ideally with fully remote work and flexible scheduling.

I’m a Customer Success professional with B2B experience managing end-to-end client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact, and ensuring satisfaction across the customer lifecycle. I coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve escalations, drive service quality, and keep clients confident from onboarding through ongoing engagement.
