What I'm looking for

I seek a customer-focused role where I can lead remote onboarding, reduce churn, and use data-driven strategies to improve retention and scale support.

I am a Customer Success professional with over 5 years' experience building strong client relationships and improving customer satisfaction for technology companies. I specialize in remote client onboarding, CRM-driven workflows, and cross-functional collaboration to solve client issues promptly.

At fintech and e-commerce companies I onboarded large volumes of clients remotely, cut churn, and improved CSAT through structured onboarding and proactive support. I also contributed to revenue growth via targeted cross-sell and upsell initiatives.

I have led and mentored distributed support teams, implemented process improvements that reduced response and resolution times, and developed knowledge-base resources to enable self-service. I routinely produce client health reports and actionable insights to inform strategic decisions.

My technical toolkit includes HubSpot, Salesforce, Intercom, Zendesk, Freshdesk, Google Workspace and analytics tools which I use to measure success and drive continuous improvement in client experience.
