I am a data and marketing analyst based in Kenya, with a bachelor's degree from the University of Nairobi, where I majored in economics and mathematics. This equipped me with a strong foundation in quantitative analysis. I have 4 years of relevant work experience.

My principal goal is to perform optimally, make a long-lasting constructive impact, and positively influence the realization of the goals and objectives of the organization I’m part of. I aim to become a more efficient professional and to grow my career.

I'm currently working full time as a Data Analyst at Emerald Marketing, and I'm a part-time Forex trader. Previously, I worked as a Data Analyst, Administrative Clerk, and Accounts assistant.

At Emerald Design Studios, I handle marketing operations and ensure optimal application of strategies formulated by clients. My key mandate is to utilize digital assets to derive data-driven solutions and recommendations that are applicable in our marketing operations, for purposes of efficiency in achieving our objectives. I monitor the progress of various projects, analyzing KPIs ,tracking the variables that affect operations, prepare reports, and give recommendations on the best course of action to solve any disruptive issues.

As a Data Analyst at Hallmark Advertising and Marketing Limited, I led data analysis efforts, and successfully managed the following key responsibilities:

1.Conducted in-depth sales analysis, market coverage assessments, and resource performance evaluations using tools like MS Excel and SPSS.

2.Oversaw the daily performance of resources and personnel using sales force automation software.

3.Provided training on the utilization of sales force automation and CRM systems to the sales team and managers.

4.Calculated and uploaded KPI targets on sales force automation system.

5.Prepared and delivered a wide range of reports, from analytical reports to performance dashboards.

6.Collaborated on business strategies and offered critical data-driven insights for decision-making.

7.Provided technical support and system administration, both in-office and for field resources.

My experience at Tywan Construction Limited further enhanced my skills as an Administrative Clerk, where I was responsible for data entry, file management, system performance tracking, and communication. This role helped me develop the ability to manage data efficiently and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

At Favourite Stationers, I gained valuable experience as an Accounts assistant and Storekeeper, where I handled inventory, basic accounting, customer service, and participated in business meetings. This role expanded my understanding of business operations and customer feedback analysis.

I have also earned various certifications, including Google Data Analytics, IBM SPSS, Digital Marketing, Foundations of Management, and Entrepreneurship, enhancing my analytical and business skills.
