Using iCIMS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Citrix, I monitor pipeline health and KPIs including Time-to-Fill, Time-to-Hire, Time-to-Source, and requisition aging; I consistently maintain an average 30-day Time-to-Fill.
Previously at Penn Medicine, I recruited for specialized and difficult-to-fill healthcare positions, including Respiratory Therapist, CNA, and CMA roles. I also led the Advanced Practice Project to target top clinical talent and reduce vacancies.
Across healthcare, recycling, and Amazon HR environments, I've built recruiting trackers, organized hiring events, created job descriptions, and supported sourcing through onboarding.
