What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a fully remote talent acquisition role where I can lead full-cycle recruiting, build scalable pipelines, partner with hiring leaders, and improve candidate experience and hiring workflows.

At Lehigh Valley Health Network, I lead full-cycle recruiting for high-volume and specialized roles, partnering with hiring leaders and HR stakeholders to align talent strategies with organizational growth. I also contributed to the enterprise Workday ATS implementation through testing and workflow optimization.

I've built proactive pipelines, improved candidate communication and hiring workflows, and supported onboarding and pre-hire compliance as an escalation resource.
