At Penn Medicine, I lead full-cycle recruitment for Advanced Practice Providers across Ambulatory services at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. I manage up to 100 concurrent requisitions across Allied Health, clinical, and managerial roles while aligning hiring activity with workforce planning goals.

I turn recruiting data into monthly pivot-table analyses and leadership reports on fill rates, sourcing performance, offer acceptance, time-to-fill, and pipeline health. I’ve maintained top stakeholder satisfaction ratings for more than three consecutive years in high-turnover environments.

Previously, I delivered full-cycle clinical recruiting and payroll administration at Maxim Healthcare Services, including COVID-19 testing staffing for Rutgers University athletics. At Tender Touch Rehab Services and APlusCare Behavioral Health, I supported onboarding, employee relations, compliance, performance processes, engagement initiatives, and HR policy updates.

I designed a nurse recruiting strategy that generated 20+ hires in three months and created a sustainable Nurse Residency pipeline. I bring a consultative, data-informed approach to talent acquisition, employee experience, and scalable HR solutions.
