What I'm looking for

I’m looking to continue developing professionally, primarily in software development, while contributing my experience in troubleshooting, technical support, and problem analysis.

At AMCO, I developed a Python engine that automates reimbursement calculations and processing using configurable business rules. It generates PDF documents for Mexico and Latin America, and flags cases that need manual review.

I also developed a functional chatbot prototype in n8n, validated through internal tests with different profiles and scenarios. In my current technical support role, I diagnose hardware, software, connectivity, and classroom audiovisual issues for schools in Mexico and Latin America.

For my AI Engineering final project, I developed an AI system combining RAG, multi-agent reasoning, a documented API, structured validation, and state persistence. I also built JavaScript and responsive web projects, including Wild Project, a site focused on animal rescue and responsible adoption.

Before AMCO, I supported sales and export-order operations at IIDEA COMPANY and moved from technical sales advisor to assistant warehouse manager at DIGITALIFE. I’m studying Software Development Engineering at Universidad Virtual del Estado de Guanajuato and am continuing to develop my skills in software development.
