Jorge Luis Almazán Borboa

I’m a passionate software developer with strong skills in Python and hands-on experience building web services using Flask and FastAPI. I combine analytical thinking, problem-solving, and multidisciplinary knowledge from Mechatronics Engineering to deliver efficient, scalable solutions.

In my personal projects, I built a virtual bank with Flask, including logins, restrictions, a PostgreSQL database, and transactions. I also created a multi-branch, web-based inventory management SaaS with user authentication, hierarchical category management, product creation and updates, and transaction tracking.

That inventory SaaS is built with Python and FastAPI, using RESTful API architecture and Google Firebase integration to support scalability, maintainability, and business-grade performance. I enjoy designing reliable backend structures that make products easier to run and evolve.

Earlier, I worked as an Intern, PLC & Automation Programming, assisting in programming PLC sequences for a thermoforming machine. Now, I’m continuing my growth through advanced studies in Artificial Intelligence and focused courses in Python/JavaScript backend development.
