What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can combine operational excellence with data-driven engineering—moving from high-availability support into Machine Learning—building intelligent solutions, automating workflows, and collaborating closely with DevOps and product teams.

I’m a Software Support Engineer specializing in Computational Robotics and mission-critical warehouse and supply chain systems. I deliver high-quality technical support for SaaS operations, ensuring continuity and client satisfaction.

At Netlogistik by Argano, I manage application support for WEP (a warehouse management suite), handling Tier-2 and Tier-3 incidents with strong root-cause analysis. I design and automate SQL-based KPI reporting for SLA, fill rate, and productivity tracking, while integrating and troubleshooting REST APIs.

I work closely with Development and DevOps teams to optimize system performance and continuously improve workflows. I also use Docker to build and maintain local development environments that speed up testing, troubleshooting, and deployment across teams.

Beyond support, I’m actively transitioning toward Machine Learning Engineering. I leverage my data analysis, automation mindset, and operational systems experience to build intelligent solutions that enhance efficiency and decision-making.
