What I'm looking for

I’m seeking senior international remote or independent-contractor opportunities in IT infrastructure, systems administration, IT operations, cybersecurity, ServiceNow/ITSM, technical project management, and infrastructure consulting.

At the U.S. Department of State’s U.S. Embassy Baghdad, I provide senior technical support across systems engineering, network operations, and enterprise IT service management. I use ServiceNow to track operational work and support iPost monitoring and printer-system operations.

At U.S. Embassy Kabul, I supported infrastructure and technology operations, applying NIST/FISMA-aligned security practices and helping maintain disaster-recovery procedures for mission-critical systems. I also supported infrastructure deployments, testing, and production transitions.
