Buseni Jean d’amour

I’m a self-driven, detail-oriented IT Support, Network and System Administrator with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Information Technology. I bring “more than 6 years of professional experience,” combining hands-on IT support with strong networking, system administration, and cyber security fundamentals.

In my current role as an IT Consultant at DHL Express Rwanda, I extend IT support services to over 50 staff across Rwanda. I manage Microsoft Office 365, user accounts and licenses, and I implement security and compliance policies while handling hardware maintenance for laptops, printers, access points, and server room equipment.

On the infrastructure side, I support network administration with technologies like pfSense firewall, access point configuration, and switch/router setup. I also work with Intune MDM—deploying update rings remotely, setting and monitoring laptop policy compliance—and I deliver services with a client–server architecture mindset.

Earlier, at Global Elite Consortium Ltd, I strengthened my systems and security expertise through VMware infrastructure administration (PaaS cloud administration), Windows Server upgrading, Active Directory user/admin access management, and vulnerability assessment. I’ve also contributed to AI training data work as a Freelancer at TrainAI Community AI Data Specialist, providing expert annotation and evaluation for multimodal data (text, images, videos).
