I’m a highly competent and organised ICT Network and Systems Administrator with experience supporting and troubleshooting IT services end-to-end. From 2012–2020 at STARTIMES, I acted as technical lead and provided 1st/2nd Line (and some 3rd Line) support to clients and internal teams via telephone, remote, and face-to-face.

I focus on stability, security, and availability—monitoring and controlling data security within guidelines, closing security loopholes and access levels, and handling disaster recovery. I designed and managed Active Directory, supported server deployment (including key systems like IBOSS and associated disk arrays), administered VPN/LAN/WAN environments, and coordinated with third parties during disconnections or integrations to avoid service disruption.

I also take ownership of operational documentation, equipment reliability, and upgrades—building/configuring/troubleshooting server and desktop hardware, maintaining antivirus protection, and monitoring/maintaining infrastructure such as call center systems and related server components. I’m seeking a suitable systems administrator position with an exciting, innovative and ambitious company that offers room for progression.
