I've spent over 21 years working hands-on as an IT administrator and infrastructure specialist here in Kigali, managing everything from enterprise servers and secure networks to everyday data operations. Over the years—working with local government and corporate environments—my main focus has always been keeping systems rock-solid, secure, and reliable so people can actually get their work done without tech headaches.

I have a strong background in Windows Server, Active Directory, cloud systems, and database backups, alongside certifications like Microsoft 365, Azure, and CCNA. Right now, I'm looking to bring that decades-long reliability and problem-solving mindset into a remote role with a global team that values hard work and practical tech support.
