What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an entry-level cybersecurity position where I can gain practical security experience and build on my hands-on background in technical support, network troubleshooting, documentation, and escalation.

At Conexon, I troubleshoot residential fiber internet, Wi-Fi, service interruptions, equipment outages, and performance issues through phone and email support. I investigate ONT and router connectivity using SMx and CSC, document findings in support tickets, and escalate complex issues to Tier 2.

I'm completing a Bachelor of Science in Cybersecurity at the University of Central Missouri, where I study computer and network forensics, systems security, networking, switching, routing, and wireless essentials.

Previously at Walmart, I coordinated backroom operations as a Digital Sponsor and independently managed InHome deliveries while handling customer information responsibly.
