What I'm looking for

I'm especially interested in Linux systems, open-source software, automation, debugging, and building reliable tools.

At TTEC, I support Verizon FiOS customers with internet, telephone, television, device, connectivity, and account issues. I guide customers through diagnostic steps, document cases, and escalate issues when needed.

In my personal Linux environment, I use Arch Linux with XFCE and troubleshoot desktop, audio, Bluetooth, and application issues. I’ve also applied Linux administrative controls and permissions in a hypothetical business enterprise.

Through IT coursework, I’ve configured and troubleshot networking scenarios in Cisco Packet Tracer and completed Python programming assignments. I’m pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Information Technologies and have completed Cisco Networking Basics.
