I'm building a cybersecurity and network administration career on a foundation of technical triage, security operations, and warehouse systems support. At Applied Intuition, I assess and prioritize technical support requests, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and document resolutions in ticketing systems.

I've used Linux, Windows, Jira, ServiceNow, network configuration utilities, diagnostic tools, and server and operating-system log analysis to identify root causes and resolve issues. I collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve resolution speed and customer satisfaction.

At Amazon, I supported shipping, receiving, inventory tracking, material movement, and warehouse-system troubleshooting while consistently meeting delivery deadlines. My earlier security roles strengthened my experience with surveillance, safety protocols, reporting, patrols, secure cash transportation, and conflict de-escalation.

I'm pursuing a B.S. in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance and hold CompTIA A+, Network+, and Security+ certifications while studying for PenTest+.
