Managed the NITI Aayog Women Entrepreneurship Platform (WEP) through tendering, acquisition, launch, and managed services delivery. Led rollout of an ML-based recommendation engine that increased women entrepreneurs’ connections and engagement by 5x.

Created BRDs, FRS, and SRS documentation for fintech products including the Investica Mutual Funds App, FINX Trading Platform, and Choice Connect (SIDBI Loans). Supported design of a conversational tax chatbot using Dialogflow and contributed to securing major government projects including NITI Aayog WEP.

Gathered and documented business and functional requirements, creating use cases and process flows to support delivery across the SDLC. Coordinated analysis activities to ensure requirements clarity for implementation.
