I’m looking for a Product Manager or Product Specialist role where I can drive user research, define clear requirements, improve digital journeys, and work closely with engineering to deliver impactful features. I prefer remote or hybrid teams that value ownership, clarity, and continuous improvement.

I am a Product Manager with 10+ years of experience across banking, customer insights, and digital workflow optimisation. My career has been focused on understanding user behaviour, mapping journeys, identifying friction points, and translating operational complexities into simple, scalable digital solutions.

Across roles at Kotak, Axis, ICICI and IndusInd, I partnered closely with Product, Operations, Tech, Compliance and Credit teams to improve lending, onboarding and CRM workflows. I contributed to reducing TAT, improving first-time-right documentation, enhancing customer satisfaction, and driving digital adoption across SME and enterprise clients.

Currently, I am building GraphiConnect, an AI-enabled handwriting-insight product. As a Freelance Product Manager, I lead end-to-end product discovery including user interviews, problem validation, PRDs, user stories, journey mapping, wireframes, Figma prototypes and the MVP roadmap. I also work with AI developers and a certified graphologist to transform domain expertise into a functional digital product.
