What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a non-voice customer support role (chat and email) where my calm, detail-oriented written communication helps customers get clear answers—without needing to be on live calls.

I’m a B.Tech (Computer Science) graduate who found the people side of projects mattered most—listening, staying patient, and communicating clearly in writing until someone felt understood.

I’m specifically interested in a non-voice customer support role where I can think through a response, structure it clearly, and handle queries accurately without being on a live call.

I draft well-structured chat and email replies, type quickly and accurately, and juggle multiple conversations while keeping context straight.

My coursework and group projects also gave me a basic working knowledge of Python, C/C++, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and MySQL, plus comfort with tools like MS Office, Google Workspace, and Git.
