I seek a customer-facing role in travel or ticketing where I can use my reservation, visa/passport processing, and client-resolution skills to improve satisfaction and operational efficiency.

I am a customer-focused professional with three years' experience in client interactions, issue resolution, and travel & ticketing software. I have hands-on experience with airline and railway booking systems and supporting passport and visa processing workflows.

At Khanna Enterprises I worked as a Customer Service & Online Services Executive, managing e-ticketing, fare calculation, ticket issuance and customer databases while resolving complex client issues. I am comfortable with airline-specific booking tools and IRCTC-style railway systems.

I have worked with visa and passport processing portals and biometric data collection systems, including exposure to portals such as Passport Seva and common visa handling platforms. My background includes strong communication, MS Office proficiency and financial-record handling.

Outside core duties I developed leadership and discipline through NCC participation and school sports captaincy roles, which reinforced my ability to perform under pressure and coordinate teams effectively.
