I’m a customer service professional with a strong, sales-aware approach: I communicate clearly, build trust quickly, and guide customers toward the right decisions. I genuinely focus on understanding people—because for me, service is about more than resolving issues.

In my Customer Service Representative role, I handle inbound sales inquiries across phone, chat, and email. I onboard clients end-to-end, nurture interest through follow-ups, and support retention by maintaining smooth, professional experiences from first contact to conversion.

I’m detail-oriented and process-driven, with strong data-gathering and data-entry skills that streamline workflows. I maintain accurate records of existing and new clients, coordinate communication between clients and internal teams, and manage query and complaint resolution with care.

Earlier, I worked as an Art Director at BBDO West Africa, partnering with copywriters and contributing to strategy and brainstorming. That experience sharpened my communication, pitch-deck preparation, and ability to turn client objectives into persuasive messaging, designs, and mockups aligned with briefs.
