I’m looking for a role where I can lead operations and customer success to convert inbound leads, manage CRM-driven pipelines, deliver within SLA/TAT, and coordinate cross-functional teams to consistently hit revenue targets and improve customer satisfaction.

I’m a results-oriented Operations & Customer Success leader with 11+ years of experience driving revenue growth, optimizing business workflows, and building high-retention client relationships across retail, wellness, and service environments. I focus on converting demand into predictable pipeline, ensuring execution stays tight from intake to contract fulfillment.

Most recently as a Showroom Manager, I maximize inbound lead conversion and accelerate pipeline velocity to consistently hit monthly revenue goals. I lead tailored client consultations and demonstrations, manage SLA and turnaround time (TAT) commitments, and coordinate resource/capacity allocation across teams to keep delivery on track.

Earlier, I managed end-to-end operations as a Fitness Centre Operations Manager and later drove high-volume outbound prospecting as a Spa Sales Manager, including MQL/cold outreach and subscription revenue growth. I also bring strong operational rigor—P&L coordination, inventory and asset auditing, POS operations, quality assurance, escalation handling, and continuous workflow improvements that reduce overhead and protect customer experience.
