At Leroy Merlin in Rio de Janeiro, I contribute to the strategic and operational management of the company’s third largest store in Brazil. I held full accountability for a high-volume commercial sector with annual turnover exceeding €2 million, led a multidisciplinary team to drive talent development and a high-performance culture, and planned and executed commercial actions, seasonal campaigns, and strategies for assortment, pricing, and store layout.

I also work with data and operations end-to-end—executing KPI analysis, controlling inventory accuracy, optimizing sales margins, and delivering revenue performance through continuous improvement. Earlier roles shaped my execution and rigor: at Falconi as a Business Analyst Intern I supported management product implementation, developed SOPs, facilitated meetings, monitored KPI performance, and mapped processes; as a Risk & Operational Safety Intern I supported audits and contributed to HAZID/HAZOP, environmental and regulatory work using technical standards such as IOGP and DNV.
