What I'm looking for

I'm looking to contribute my patient access, training, compliance, and process-improvement experience in a healthcare operations role focused on efficient workflows and high-quality patient care.

At Mercy Health System, I lead Patient Access operations by auditing processes, monitoring workqueues, developing workflow policies, and training team members. I also support emergency, urgent care, surgical, outpatient, and laboratory registration using Epic while protecting patient safety, privacy, and accurate billing.

I've also managed residential care operations at St. Coletta of Wisconsin, including staffing, hiring, performance development, client funds, and direct support. My background in caregiving, medication administration, and frontline care helps me connect operational improvements with quality patient and resident experiences.
