I’m a senior administrative and patient access healthcare professional with 20+ years of experience in patient access, medical scheduling, care coordination, and customer service across hospital, managed care, and home health environments. I’m known for accuracy, discretion, and strong service in fast-paced healthcare settings—including remote operations.

Since May 2018, I’ve worked as a Care Coordinator / Customer Service Representative (Remote), managing 50–80 inbound calls daily for managed care, waiver, and non-waiver programs. I coordinate care across multidisciplinary teams, verify insurance eligibility using Care Connection and Passport, schedule appointments through Cerner, and document member interactions in Texture—while supporting claims, education, and administrative needs with HIPAA compliance.

Previously, as a Central Scheduler at Advocate Good Samaritan Hospital, I handled 80–150 calls daily while scheduling MRI, CT, Ultrasound, and ECHO services in a high-volume call center. I verified physician orders and insurance eligibility before scheduling, provided patients with preparation instructions and financial responsibility information, and maintained accurate patient records across multiple systems.

Earlier in my career, I coordinated HHA and CNA staff schedules at Brookdale Senior Living using ESRP software, supporting and supervising 20+ associates while reporting to nursing leadership. I also served as a Private Duty Personnel Coordinator for Palos Community Hospital–Home Health, coordinating home health and hospice staffing schedules, supervising up to 45 CNAs, and assisting with payroll, insurance verification, dispatching, and administrative reporting to keep daily operations running smoothly.
