I’m a motivated and personable graduate with hands-on experience delivering excellent customer service across retail and hospitality environments. I bring strong academic discipline alongside practical, fast-paced work, including managing high customer volumes and supporting smooth front-of-house operations.

I’m confident in customer communication and problem solving, handling complaints professionally to ensure a calm and positive outcome. In my roles, I coordinate between front and back of house, support colleagues to maintain operational standards, and manage closing responsibilities such as cash counting and securing premises.

I also contribute directly to café service—supporting kitchen prep, producing menu items during busy periods, and developing barista skills including latte art. With proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) and a refreshed drive from independent travel through South East Asia and Australia, I’m excited to join a team where I can contribute meaningfully and keep improving.
