I’m looking for a role where I can deliver high-quality level 2/3 support, own Microsoft 365 security and administration, and improve reliability through proactive network and system maintenance.

I’m a dedicated IT professional providing technical support to end users in corporate environments, with a proven track record of resolving complex hardware and software issues efficiently. I maintain high customer service standards while working through ticketing workflows to keep operations moving.

In my current role as Technical Support & Operations, I deliver comprehensive level 2 & 3 support for complex system failures and hardware repairs. I manage technical issues through a ticketing system, maintain a precise hardware inventory database across procurement-to-disposal, and support end users with ad-hoc tasks.

I also act as a Global Administrator for Microsoft 365, overseeing security, health, and configuration of the organization’s M365 environment. I manage user accounts and licenses in the M365 Admin Center, design and monitor Group Policies (GPO) for security and compliance, and continuously research and implement M365 features to enhance productivity and maximize ROI.

On the infrastructure side, I administer network infrastructure to ensure 24/7 connectivity and operational stability. I monitor and optimize office Wi‑Fi and wired networks, perform regular firmware updates and patching for security, and provide hands-on support across systems, servers, and client environments using tools like ServiceNow.
