What I'm looking for

I'm open to remote opportunities and relocation where I can provide Microsoft 365, service desk, remote support, and user access support in a fast-paced environment.

I'm supporting Temasek Polytechnic through Goldtech Resources, providing Level 1 and Level 2 support for staff and students across Microsoft 365, Windows, hardware, software, connectivity, and user access.

I manage 20–30 ServiceNow incidents and service requests daily, supporting Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, VPN, VDI, Windows App, Microsoft Remote Help, and Active Directory access. I also configure devices, troubleshoot remotely and on-site, and escalate complex cases with clear evidence and resolution notes.

Previously, I supported A*STAR, Singapore Airlines, and Etiqa Maybank Berhad. Across enterprise, education, financial services, and aviation environments, I've documented solutions, created user guides, and helped improve consistent service delivery.
