What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a fully remote Technical Support, Application Support or Technical Operations role with an international tech or SaaS company, where I can apply my enterprise IT, Microsoft 365, access administration and troubleshooting experience while growing my cloud and data skills.

Technical Operations and Application Support professional with 4+ years of experience supporting enterprise users, applications and infrastructure across multinational and multi-site environments. My experience covers Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Intune, MFA, user and access administration, endpoint support, IT asset management, infrastructure coordination and vendor management.

I previously provided Mandarin- and English-language technical support across APAC at Zebra Technologies, where I received the Q3 2022 APAC Best CSAT Performance Award. I later progressed into MIS and IT Operations roles supporting enterprise systems, business applications and multi-site infrastructure.

I am currently pursuing a Master of Data Science and am interested in remote opportunities across Technical Operations, Application Support, Technical Support, Implementation and related technology roles.
