What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a hands-on technical or engineering opportunity where I can apply troubleshooting, operations, device diagnostics, and customer support experience while continuing to grow my engineering skills.

I founded and operate ACV Ismartphones, LLC, a wireless retail and mobile device repair business in Spring Valley, New York.

I diagnose and repair approximately 10 smartphones per week, handle device activations and hardware configuration, and provide customer-facing troubleshooting for wireless service issues.

I also manage vendor relationships, inventory procurement, and daily business operations from the ground up.

Alongside my business experience, I’m pursuing Engineering Science and use AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Excel, and Google Sheets in technical and operational work.
