I am a dedicated mobile cellphone technician with extensive hands-on experience repairing and troubleshooting mobile devices and their software. Over several years I have worked at multiple repair shops in Chalus, building deep practical skills across Android, iOS, macOS, and Windows platforms.

I enjoy software development and programming, and I learn quickly without formal university degrees. I take ownership of problems and prioritize fast, reliable fixes for customers and devices.

My roles have included software repair, technical support, network support, and software testing, and I have supported customer-facing service work along with remote problem resolution. I have experience using tools and platforms such as Python, Git, VMware, DNS, and ServiceNow.
