What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an IT support role where I can troubleshoot hardware and software, support users across Windows and mobile platforms, and continue developing through hands-on technical work and certifications.

At Cellular Sales (Verizon), I diagnose and resolve hardware, operating system, and software issues for 20+ clients daily across iOS and Android.

I provision mobile devices, activate SIM/eSIM service, restore cloud backups, and support cross-platform data migrations. I translate complex technical concepts into accessible guidance that helps end users protect their devices and accounts.

My hands-on technical work includes building custom desktop computers, installing Windows, configuring BIOS/UEFI, running diagnostics, and optimizing thermal performance.

I'm pursuing CompTIA A+ and HarvardX CS50 certifications while continuing to build practical Tier-1 troubleshooting and multi-platform support experience.
