I seek a role at a growth-focused company where I can deliver excellent customer service, support sales and operations, and develop professionally in client relations and digital channels.

I am a customer support and sales professional with over three years of experience helping customers solve problems related to purchased goods and company services.

At Classic Hair Lounge I managed daily operations including sales tracking, accounting, supervising staff, and submitting monthly reports to the director, and I managed social media accounts that generated 20–50 sales/services per month.
