Francisco Arroyo
@franciscoarroyo
I lead public-service operations, benefits administration, and staff development at the Social Security Administration.
What I'm looking for
At the Social Security Administration, I lead the Computer Operations Mailroom Unit, managing remote and onsite staff, mail workflow, training, performance evaluations, and updates to upper management.
Previously, I served as a Benefits Authorizer at SSA, making post-entitlement determinations, adjusting benefits through federal procedures, resolving complex alerts, and helping the public resolve discrepancies under SSA policies. My contributions have been recognized through SSA cash awards, an Exemplary Contribution or Service Award, and a Regional Commissioner’s Award for Group Achievement.
Before SSA, I supervised program operations at Woods Services, supporting staff performance, resident safety, behavioral management, and skill-training programs. I hold an M.S. in Psychological Science and bring a people-centered, process-focused approach to public service operations.
