What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a customer service or operations leadership role where I can develop teams, improve first-call resolution, use performance metrics, and deliver strong client satisfaction.

At Further by HealthEquity, I lead customer service call center operations, recruiting, hiring, training, and coaching more than 30 staff members to support clients and brokers. I collaborate with management to ensure team members have the tools, knowledge, and education needed for ongoing service.

I use performance metrics and operational efficiencies to reduce call abandonment and waiting, prepare monthly and annual reports, and represent Client Services on cross-functional projects. Previously, I supported shipping and receiving operations at Sam’s Club Distribution Center through policy enforcement, inventory receipt monitoring, data entry, task coordination, conflict management, and shipment inspection.
