I create product-focused messages tailored to customer interests and behaviour, produce photography and visual assets for digital channels, and contribute to daily marketing and administrative operations.

Previously at The Ranch in Colombia, I managed customer communication across in-person and digital channels, handled enquiries and orders, and organised customer and order data for timely follow-up.

I'm completing a Master's Degree in Digital Marketing and E-commerce and HubSpot CRM and Email Marketing certifications. I'm interested in CRM, email marketing, marketing automation, and marketing operations roles where customer insight can improve communication and engagement.
