I am looking for a role that allows me to leverage my marketing expertise in a dynamic environment, focusing on innovative strategies and team collaboration.

I am a Marketing and Communications expert with extensive experience in designing, planning, and implementing strategic marketing plans. My focus has always been on building brand awareness and positioning, particularly in lead generation and conversion. Currently, I am pursuing a Master’s degree in Digital Marketing Communications at the University of Malta, which complements my professional journey.

In my recent role as Associate Director of Talent Marketing for Latin America at Optum Global Advantage, I successfully increased applicant flow from an average of 40 to 1,200 monthly through effective lead generation strategies. My ability to optimize digital channels significantly reduced the cost per lead and improved the overall efficiency of our marketing campaigns. I have a proven track record of managing multinational campaigns and leading intercultural teams, which has equipped me with a unique perspective on global marketing dynamics.

Previously, I served as the Regional Marketing and Employer Branding Manager at Concentrix Corporation, where I played a pivotal role in the brand transition from Convergys to Concentrix. My efforts in digital media presence and campaign management have consistently positioned the company as an employer of choice in Colombia.
