What I'm looking for

Seeking a senior L&D, People Development, or Instructional Design role with a values-led organisation that champions creativity, autonomy, and impact. I’m looking for fully remote work (UK/Portugal time zone), a collaborative, inclusive culture, and opportunities to design and deliver innovative, high-impact learning or talent initiatives.

I’m a passionate Learning and Development professional with over 10 years’ experience designing, delivering and evaluating high-quality, accessible learning that drives performance and engagement.

I lead volunteer and colleague learning programs at scale, most recently delivering solutions for circa 2,000 staff and 10,000 volunteers at Macmillan Cancer Support, improving volunteer satisfaction by 30% and streamlining learning delivery.

My background includes end-to-end L&D project management, digital course creation (Evolve, Page Tiger), blended workshop delivery, and evaluation using Kirkpatrick’s model; I’ve also led teams and coached colleagues to build capability.

I enjoy working in collaborative, friendly teams, volunteer extensively supporting young people and career coaching, and was named one of Learning Technologies’ 30 Under 30 in 2022, reflecting my commitment to continuous growth in the sector.
