What I'm looking for

I seek a senior role leading learning and development where I can design scalable programmes, coach staff, use data to improve practice, and work in a collaborative, student-focused organisation.

I am a training and development leader with extensive experience designing, delivering and evaluating scalable learning programmes in complex, people-focused environments.

I have led organisation-wide professional development, delivering weekly in-person training for large staff teams and building a self-serve library of video and online resources to support consistent onboarding and ongoing learning.

I am skilled in 1:1 instructional coaching, adapting training to varied experience levels and using data to identify skill gaps and measure impact; I introduced data monitoring systems, automated reporting and regular review cycles to enable earlier intervention.

Across school leadership roles I have led engagement and enrichment programmes, redesigned safeguarding and pastoral workflows, trained whole-staff cohorts, line-managed middle leaders and developed external partnerships to strengthen practice and student outcomes.
