What I'm looking for

I’m looking to build durable learning cultures by designing leadership and compliance programmes, coaching managers, and improving results with data-driven evaluation. I want to partner with senior stakeholders in fast-paced, high-impact environments.

I’m a Learning and Development professional and sole L&D lead with hands-on experience across an 1,800+ employee operation, building and delivering leadership development that drives measurable performance improvement. I diagnose capability gaps, design blended learning journeys, and coach managers directly—while partnering with senior stakeholders to build L&D infrastructure and learning governance from scratch.

In my most recent role, I designed and delivered a bespoke leadership programme for 7 site managers, coached and mentored leaders and associates through structured improvement plans, and managed up to 17 coaches to ensure consistent delivery quality. I also built scale onboarding (40+ programmes for ~700 new hires), administered Knet and Umbrella LMS for 100% compliance visibility, used Qualtrics for feedback and impact measurement, and reduced error rates by 16% within three weeks.
