I've spent 20 years building commercially successful digital learning products for organisations including Jellyfish, Google, EY, BPP, Freeformers, Fuse, and AVADO.

At Jellyfish, I co-founded the digital learning service line and progressed from Director of Training to Senior Director of Training. I set department strategy, lead learning consultancy, and oversee cross-functional teams creating learning products and programmes for agency clients.

My work includes creating a hybrid marketing academy for Google for Education across Australia, Mexico, Brazil, the UK, and Singapore, building EY's first external-facing Digital Learning team, and developing GenAI adoption programmes for Diageo, FitFlop, and Boden.

I've led learning technology implementation, needs analysis, platform architecture, instructional design, change management, and technology adoption. My work has received Learning Technologies and AAT awards, including recognition for online distance learning and eLearning projects.
