What I'm looking for

I am seeking a customer-facing role where I can resolve inquiries, improve customer experience, collaborate cross-functionally, and grow into broader operations or supervisory responsibilities.

I am a motivated and adaptable Customer Service Representative with hands-on experience assisting customers via Viber, calls, chat, and email, and coordinating with store, brand, finance, and support teams to resolve inquiries and payment concerns.

I completed a BS in Tourism Management and served in student organizations handling social media, public relations support, and event organization, demonstrating strong communication, time management, and teamwork skills.

As an intern I performed clerical duties, organized client files, and conducted client interviews, and I now apply that attention to detail and customer-first ethos to deliver excellent service and maintain high standards.
