I’m looking for a role where I can apply my customer service and administrative skills, stay calm under pressure, and grow professionally. I want to work in an international environment and contribute to team success with consistent, reliable support.

I’m a motivated and hardworking customer service professional with experience in customer support, administrative tasks, and front desk operations. I’m known for staying calm under pressure and effectively handling customer concerns while maintaining professionalism in fast-paced environments.

In my customer service role, I managed customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely resolution and consistently achieving performance targets through clear communication and problem-solving. I addressed conflicts and handled challenging situations professionally, helping maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.

I also bring strong administrative and documentation experience from an Assistant Accounting Staff position. I prepared and encoded forms and data for accurate data entry, reviewed and processed invoices, and supported efficient workflows by filing, typing, and maintaining organized records.

Beyond customer service, I’ve worked as a Receptionist—greeting and assisting guests and ensuring smooth check-in and check-out. I’m also an experienced Teaching Intern, where I prepared instructional materials, supported daily teaching operations, and applied classroom management strategies to keep a positive learning environment.
