What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a remote customer support role where I can handle high volumes, resolve order and billing issues end-to-end, and collaborate with internal teams. I want a structured workflow, clear escalation paths, and room to grow.

I’m a multilingual customer support specialist with experience in remote e-commerce support and hospitality customer service. I handle customer inquiries through live chat, email, social media, and phone, supporting order tracking, refunds, shipping updates, and issue resolution.

In my current role as a Remote Customer Service Agent for an e-commerce retail brand (May 2024–present), I manage 40+ customer interactions per day via Instagram DMs, email, and live chat. I resolve delayed delivery concerns, billing and account questions, and checkout problems while coordinating with logistics and inventory to deliver accurate updates.

I previously worked as a Front Desk Agent/Receptionist at Hotel Métropole (Sep 2022–Apr 2024), managing guest check-ins, reservations, and customer requests in a fast-paced environment. I maintained accurate reservation records and strengthened my multitasking, conflict resolution, and communication skills—habits I bring to every ticket and escalation.
