What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a remote role where I can use multilingual customer support, e-commerce operations, content writing, and Canva design skills to help clients and contribute to a collaborative team.

I've supported e-commerce customers by managing order verification, shipment tracking, and delivery inquiries in English, French, and Arabic.

At an e-commerce company in Algeria, I managed end-to-end order confirmation workflows, verified client data to reduce cancellations and returns, and monitored daily dispatches. I worked closely with fulfillment teams to provide timely tracking updates and resolve logistical delays.

I also create marketing graphics, announcement banners, visual guides, and clear customer-facing copy using Canva.
