I’m looking for a remote role where I can own customer experience and daily operations—tracking orders, resolving issues quickly, and coordinating partners—while improving workflows with clear documentation and multilingual communication.

I’m a customer support and e-commerce operations professional focused on fast, accurate resolution for real customers. I handle high volumes of communication while keeping records complete and dependable across multiple channels.

In my e-commerce operations role, I managed inquiries and order issues via email and social media, then processed and tracked orders end-to-end.
