What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a customer service role where I can support clients, manage requests across communication channels, coordinate administrative work, and contribute to customer satisfaction and retention.

I currently support patients at a Constantine ophthalmology clinic, managing reception, appointments, calls, administrative files, and coordination on surgery days.

Previously, I led customer service and e-commerce activities for my company, supporting online customers across fashion, cosmetics, and electronics. I handled requests and complaints with customer satisfaction above 95%, while coordinating orders, deliveries, stock, and multichannel communications through Messenger, WhatsApp, and email.

As a sales agent in furniture retail, I advised customers based on their needs, developed sales, built loyalty, and organized showroom product presentation.

I also worked as a freelance IT assistant for university-related projects, helping users resolve digital needs and creating practical solutions that improved work organization.
