I'm looking to support global leadership and talent teams through executive coordination, candidate experience, travel logistics, and process improvement in a collaborative, high-performing environment.

I've supported global leadership teams at Pfizer and McKinsey & Company, managing complex calendars, international travel, executive meetings, expenses, and confidential operational priorities. At McKinsey, I partnered with six Partners and Senior Directors while training new hires and the EA community on calendar and travel management.

I'm currently coordinating executive recruitment logistics at Smith and Nephew, delivering high-touch candidate experiences for C-Suite, VP, and Senior Director hiring. I bring eight years of experience across executive support, talent coordination, corporate travel, vendor management, and workflow optimization.
