What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can lead China sourcing and product launches for consumer brands, build AI-enabled operating systems, and work closely with U.S. teams across product, supply chain, and growth.

I've led five U.S.-market DTC projects at Glimmer Hut Inc., taking 22 consumer products across four categories from market validation and brand positioning through sourcing, production, fulfillment, and iteration.

I work directly with Chinese manufacturers on supplier qualification, sampling, quotations, MOQs, payment terms, packaging, quality inspections, landed costs, freight, customs clearance, and warehouse delivery. Four projects achieved first orders within two weeks, while RGX and WWC generated more than US$180K in GMV.

Before Glimmer Hut, I helped build Aunt Kathy Childcare Centers from one location to three, managing brand growth, customer acquisition, sales operations, and end-to-end procurement for three facilities. I also led a 50+ person cross-functional team and supported more than RMB 20M in revenue and 1,000+ enrollments.

I'm a Mandarin, English, and Cantonese-speaking China–U.S. operator who uses AI agents and Codex to create repeatable sourcing workflows, from supplier research and quote comparison to milestone tracking and follow-up.
