What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can lead furniture sourcing and supplier development—handling factory audits, product development follow-ups, sample/testing coordination, and price negotiations—while working closely with product, design, sales, quality, and buyers to deliver smooth bulk orders.

I’m a supplier development and furniture merchandising professional focused on sourcing, vendor development, and keeping projects running smoothly from development through bulk order. Across my roles, I’ve supported product development with suppliers across China mainland, Vietnam, Malaysia, and Indonesia.

In my current role as Supplier Development Manager, I handle sourcing, factory audits for commercial aspects, critical issue management between Actona Group and vendors, and end-to-end follow-up on quote requests, product development status, and bulk order progress. I also coordinate daily with product, design, sales, buyers, and quality teams, and participate in price negotiation during the price window.

Previously, as a Senior Merchandising Manager, I led sourcing and new product development with suppliers, managed sample requests, evaluated sample construction and finish with QE, and coordinated photo-shoot and in-house/lab testing. Earlier roles expanded my experience across client accounts, vendor negotiations, factory audits, and even installation communication and on-site monitoring for large-scale projects.
